This Easter you might have had a surplus of Easter Eggs and want to make something more substantial to munch than the thin chocolate egg shells. Why not up cycle some of those chocolate eggs into a tasty treat.

Chocolate Tiffin is a nice easy recipe for children to make. You can use any chocolate and a biscuit. My version is dairy free and if you use gluten free biscuits it can be gluten free too. For an adult version try adding some chilli flavoured chocolate or a hint of chilli powder to your mixture. I’m looking forward to the Chilli Festival at Eastnor Castle on 4th and 5th May. I’ll be doing a vegetarian cookery demonstration on the Bank Holiday Monday. Must look out some hot and spicy recipes.
