I am Lizzy Hughes and I run Our Lizzy Cookery School. I combined my skills as a school teacher and cook to create vegan cookery days from my purpose built kitchen in Malvern, Worcestershire.  I have the Cordon Vert Diploma in Vegetarian Cookery.

 I enjoy using a wide range of locally grown seasonal produce. I love exploring new ingredients and developing new recipes. I run specialist courses in tofu, dairy free and gluten free cookery.

 Our Lizzy also offers bed and breakfast accommodation, which can be combined with a cookery day, or as a base to explore the Malvern Hills, which is an area of outstanding natural beauty.
